Having moved to Santa Barbara in 2009, Houghton has accumulated extensive knowledge about Santa Barbara, Montecito, and the neighboring areas. Her firsthand experience as a parent, seven-year tenure as a board member of the Montecito Association, and current role as the executive director highlight her unique understanding and connection to this community. As member at All Saints by the Sea, Houghton’s passion, for the past 7 years, has been working on the Outreach Committee, leading the charge with the Giving Tree and the Transition House Lunch program. It is this community that she truly feels at home and has been enthusiastic in sharing that passion with others. Drawing from her personal experience, she empathizes with the concerns of clients contemplating a move to this market, compelling her to actively assist and connect them with the numerous advantages she has at her disposal.
